We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours. The actual resolution time depends on the nature and complexity of the issue. Simple issues like street light repairs are typically resolved within 3-5 days, while larger infrastructure projects may take longer. We keep you updated throughout the process.

Absolutely not! No prior experience is required. We provide training and support for all our volunteers. Whether you can spare 2 hours a month or 2 hours a week, there’s a role for you. Just bring your willingness to help – we’ll handle the rest.

All our community events and volunteer programs are completely free. We believe in removing all barriers to civic participation. For certain events, we provide refreshments, supplies, and even transportation assistance when needed.

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information shared through our complaint forms or volunteer applications is used solely for the purpose of addressing your issue or coordinating volunteer activities. We never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
